15 Board Games That Are Easy Enough for Kids, but Still Fun for Adults

15 Board Games That Are Easy Enough for Kids but Still Fun for Adults - Tabletop Haven

If you’re the parent of a child old enough to play any of those popular children’s board games such as the dreaded Candy Land, or something slightly less dreadful like Chutes and Ladders, then you’re all-too familiar with how boring they are. It’s odd, too, because you could’ve sworn you remember them being so much fun… and in that way, it really makes you appreciate all those times your parents or grandparents actually sat down to play them with you!

Thankfully, there do exist a handful of games which manage to be challenging enough to not be completely boring for adults, while also not being too difficult for younger minds to grasp. For some of these your child will need to be a bit older (preferably 8+) to be able to play them, so if your child is younger than that, you might have to stick to Connect 4 and Hungry Hungry Hippos ’til they get a bit bigger.
